Select SummaCare plans are offering the benefit of massage therapy. The quantity of visits and amount of copay is determined by the plan.

Homelink manages this benefit for SummaCare, and the process is as follows:

1.  Physician forwards/faxes the referral for massage to Homelink for processing.

2.  Client schedules with RN Massage 330-807-5251.
After the first appointment, you can schedule through our online portal.
3.  Client contacts Homelink, providing date of massage, and making copay via credit or debit card.
4. Client obtains REFERRAL NUMBER from Homelink to bring to their appointment.
