Start Time | We reserve the right to adjust appointment start time by 15 minutes to maximize therapist availability.

Service Time | We allow 5-10 minutes of the session for assessment and transfer to/from massage table.

Tipping Policy | Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.

SELF PAY CLIENTS

Less than 2 hours notice | 100% of service cost charged

Less than 24 hours notice | 50% of service cost charged

Refunds | To process a Square refund we need the transaction date, amount and last 4 digits of card. If you cancel the appointment online, this information needs to be communicated to us. A 7% charge to cover Square’s processing fees will be deducted from refund.

60 minute max massage.

12-15 years old | Parent/Guardian present in facility for entire session.
45 minute max massage.

8-11 years old | Parent/Guardian present in treatment room for entire session.
30 minute max massage.
